Knob Creek Single Barrel 120 proof (PRE- Sale)
We're only pre-selling 100 bottles total! In conjunction with the St Louis Bourbon Society we handpicked exceptional barrels to be enjoyed in their full, unblended glory. This selection features the darkest, deepest amber and henna color along with deep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak. Enjoy a robust vanilla and caramel notes that is slightly smoky. Long and full; perfect for easygoing sipping.
Old Elk Wheated Bourbon

By using their expertise in creating their delicious flagship bourbon, Old Elk tweaked their recipe and upped the wheat keeping the corn at the minimum on this expression. Master Distiller- Greg Metze with 14 years of experience at MGP (40+ total in distilling) used - 45% Wheat (which Adds the rich mouth feel), 51% Corn, 4% Malted Barley. Old Elk also uses what's called a Slow cut production method to leave the delicate flavors in the final product. Proofed down over weeks not days.
Ezra Brooks Distiller's Collection
This ‘Ryed’ Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was hand-picked from some of Lux Row's best barrels. Barrels were then tasted and selected by The Rack House Whiskey Club along with the St. Louis Bourbon Society, and will bottled exclusively for us. It will then be bottled at an optimal 107 proof, as determined by Lux Row's Master Distiller to achieve the best taste profile for Ezra Brooks.
Rebel Distiller's Collection
This ‘Wheated’ Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was hand-picked from extraordinary barrels by Lux Row Distillers. Barrels were then tasted and selected by members of The Rack House Whiskey Club along with the St. Louis Bourbon Society and will bottled exclusively for us. Bottled at an optimal 113 proof, as determined by Lux Row's Master Distiller, to achieve the smoothest taste profile for Rebel. This Distiller's Collection Rebel uses the original ‘wheated’ recipe invented in 1849 from what would become the famous Stitzel-Weller Distillery.
Woodford Reserve Rack House Blend
In conjunction with the STL Bourbon Society and Woodford Master Distiller Chris Morris, we have blended two single barrels of Woodford Reserve to create our own expression. Woodford Reserve is a brand of premium small batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced in Woodford County, Kentucky, by the Brown-Forman Corporation. Only 75 bottles of our special expression are available for pre-sale discount!

“Friday night reservation for 6:30. Got us in early. Menu and service were above and beyond. Heather, our server was attentive and answered all of our questions and responded to our special requests.
Luke, the manager, came around to each table and responded to each table. We got the privilege to meet Chef Philip as well. This location has a cigar lounge as well. Drinks and food are served in this area as well. Great food and service. Won’t be the last time we dine here.”
“The Rack House is my favorite hidden gem in St. Charles county. I dont know of a single restaurant that can match the amazing selection of wine and spirits.
The happy hour is great even though it ends a bit earlier than most (4pm). The real magic happens after 4pm during dinner service on the weekends. Weekly specials crafted by a killer kitchen staff and chef.

“Went in on a Saturday for dinner. Sat at the bar-Taylor waited on us and she is AMAZING! Started with a Cesar salad and pumpkin soup. Both were good but the soup is great!!! Like I wanted to scrape the bowl.
Then my husband had the crab cakes and they were great. I had the brussel sprout salad and it was fantastic.
Cool cigar bar too! We will be back for sure and this place is not around our normal stomping ground but totally worth the drive.”

Courtney our server was on top of everything, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everything we ordered was great. The grilled cheese, pretzels, chicken bacon Brie and of course, the bourbon soaked cherries.
