Join us as we venture into the exciting world of Angel’s Envy! For 4 weeks Angel’s Envy Whiskey Guardian, Clare Noble will lead you through everything Angel’s Envy. We will talk about, taste, and make fun drinks with Angel’s Envy Bourbon and Rye. Each week we’ll explore different styles of cocktails and learn about each of the whiskeys. Together we will make and sample 2 different drinks each week. We will give you the tools and ingredients each week to make the cocktails either at home, through Zoom, or in the restaurant with us. Space is limited each week to only 30 people and for the first 10 that sign up for all 4 weeks, you will receive a special gift bag featuring a branded Angel’s Envy mixing glass, tasting copita, strainer, water dropper, and notebook. This is our last week with Angel’s Envy Bourbon. This week we will be stirred and infused. We’ve infused one of our ingredients in the kit to help make both of our cocktails this week. The cocktails we will be making need to be gently combined and we will learn the proper way to stir these ingredients together and learn what other cocktails need this attention to detail. Angel’s Envy Whiskey Guardian, Clare Noble will continue to spread her knowledge of these traditional cocktails. We will give you the ingredients to make the drinks each week. Pick up will begin Tuesday, September 22nd up until class on Wednesday, September 23rd. Unlike our other 3 weeks this week will be ALL VIRTUAL.
